Arranged over two floors, the cottage’s unexpectedly spacious interior is rivalled only by the sea views that are on display through the living room’s sliding doors and nearly every other window in the property. A charming balcony invites guests to enjoy the fresh sea air, and makes the perfect place to enjoy cups of freshly brewed coffee or evening drinks while watching the fishing boats that pass to and from the harbour, languidly glide across the water.
Quirky angles and cosy nooks add to the cottage’s character where a coast-inspired colour palette and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming space that inspires complete relaxation. Sleeping four guests, Cliff Cottage offers two lovely bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside there’s a private garden with a furnished decked area meaning plenty of outdoor space to entertain and unwind in.
Just a few minute’s walk from the cottage, Brixham’s breakwater is a lovely way to enjoy an afternoon stroll, and the harbour and town offer a fantastic selection of shops and eateries including several outstanding fish and chips restaurants.

Cliff Cottage could be lived in for the rest of my days! Location is amazing. Views stunning. Fishing port activities fascinating. Triangular home perfectly laid out and fitted. I spent hours watching the port activities. I really wanted to know more about it. High St was nearby albeit down and retu...
A nice cottage however housekeeping was poor.

Cottage was comfortable and in a good location with great view.\r\nOur only gripe really was that the standard of cleanliness of the cottage and general housekeeping was below par and disappointing. I will leave specific feedback to the owner with details.

Had a lovely few days staying here. Close to town. Great views, enjoyed watching the fishing boats coming in and unloading. Cottage is quirky and cosy.
