The holiday home is on the second floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, iron, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. From the communal roof terrace on the top floor, where there is a brick barbecue and even an outdoor shower, you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is an ideal place for family holidays. There are many restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. La Mata is a popular holiday resort with a good infrastructure. For people who like to relax near the sea, we recommend the 2.5 km long beach, which turns into a natural park full of dunes and hiking trails. Only 2 km away is the Molino del Agua Park with water cascades and a pine forest. For nature lovers, we recommend a walk or cycle ride to the Las Lagunas Natural Park, where you can watch birds and relax. There are also many cycle routes nearby. Very popular is also the pink salt lake in Torrevieja, which is only 7 km from the flat. The water is effective against skin diseases, inflammations and is also relaxing. Flamingos are usually seen in this reserve. For lovers of active recreation we also recommend: go-kart, Aquapolis Water Park, sailing, wakeboard, flyboard, surfing, stand-up paddling and canoeing - all attractions up to 5 km from the flat.
