An old country farmhouse, situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti.
Situated in the most panoramic part of this wine and olive oil producing estate, the original stone house has been divided into three apartments for the guests and the owners' house.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each of the 3 apartments has its own private sitting area outside, ideal for al fresco dinners.
It would be an understatement to say they have breathtaking views; each windows is like an exquisite, framed painting.
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12 m; seasonal opening) with wonderful views.
On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are just visible from the property. The nearest village is Quercegrossa 3 kilometres away (small shops and a restaurant) and Siena is only 8 kilometres away. The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be an extra charge to pay on spot.
In the property, there is also an independent building, perfectly restored to a high standard, has been divided into 5 double bedrooms.
Each bedroom has ensuite shower bathroom and private outside area furnished with table and chairs.
The guests of the bedrooms share the use of the swimming pool with the guests of the 3 apartments. Apartment LA CANTINA - sleeps 4 - 110 sqm - This apartment is on two floors. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen (4 electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker and fridge) with fireplace, one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Satellite TV. The prices include : the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning, wi fi connection and the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening).
The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be an extra charge.
Pets not allowed.
To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, the use of the washing machine, baby cot– linen not provided, inventory deposit.
Local tax must be paid cash directly on the spot.
