Cozy cottage in Villanueva de la Concepción, a town in Malaga that will give you the tranquility you need on your holiday.
Located 20 minutes from Casabermeja and Antequera, this accommodation offers unique qualities and privacy in the area. Its proximity to enclaves of natural interest such as El Torcal de Antequera, will make you enjoy unique landscapes. At the entrance you will find a spacious and bright hall that will give you access by stairs to the upper floor, access to the living room and you can access the single room on this floor. This single room is equipped with a fan, space to store your luggage and a large window that provides natural light to the room. The bed measures 1.05cm.
The upper floor houses three more bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. This floor distributes the rooms as follows
- A room with a single bed of 1,05cm and fan
- A second room with two single beds of 90cm and fan
- A room with a double bed of 1,35cm and air conditioning
All the rooms have large windows that allow you to have natural light and space to store your luggage in a tidy way.
On the ground floor, in addition to the single room mentioned above, there is a large living-dining room with direct access to a separate kitchen. This air-conditioned living-dining room will make for cosy family gatherings or lunches. You can relax on the comfortable sofas, watch TV or enjoy the fireplace on colder days.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your lunches without any problem, it is spacious and bright, maintains a rural style with modern appliances but without altering the aesthetics of it. The kitchen has direct access to the back patio, you can also access this patio through a corridor connected to the living room, this corridor has a glass roof, so it will give a plus of clarity to the room. Along this corridor you will find a bathroom with shower and the laundry room.
The sheltered patio has two areas and is connected to the swimming pool. These areas are perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or reading a book, or for having lunch outside with the family.
The swimming pool is fenced around its perimeter, allowing you to cool off on the hottest days of the year and, together with the sunbeds, you can enjoy the hours of sunshine.
