This charming cottage in Villanueva de la Concepción offers a perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy a holiday full of intimacy and comfort. Located just 20 minutes from Casabermeja and Antequera, the accommodation stands out for its proximity to natural wonders such as El Torcal de Antequera, where you can explore unique trails or book excursions with experts to discover the most beautiful corners of the area.



With capacity for 6 people in 4 bedrooms, the house is spacious and bright, with a design that combines the rural with modern comforts. On the ground floor, you will find a large entrance hall that connects to a cosy living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace, perfect for family gatherings and relaxing moments. The independent kitchen, very bright and with modern appliances such as induction, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, has direct access to a covered and very pleasant back patio, ideal for outdoor lunches or reading afternoons.



The patio connects to a private fenced swimming pool, where you can cool off and sunbathe in the sunbeds, enjoying total privacy and security. On the ground floor there is also a single bedroom with a 1.05 cm bed and fan, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.



On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.35 cm and air conditioning, one with two single beds of 90 cm and fan, and another single room with a bed of 1.05 cm and fan. All rooms have large windows that provide natural light and space to store luggage. There is also a large bathroom with bathtub for added comfort.



The house is located in the town centre, very close to essential services such as a supermarket and restaurant, and within easy reach of attractions such as the Caminito del Rey, La Malagueta beach or the Antequera golf course. Although the accommodation does not have private parking, its location is perfect for families looking for tranquility and access to local nature and culture.
