Beautiful and well-maintained vacation home to feel good! Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest and practice various outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking and motorcycling.
The lovely terrace offers a beautiful view of the twinkling lights of Alicante in the evening and on clear days you can even see the sea.
On the main level you will find the living-dining area with 1 bedroom, large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
On the lower level you will find 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms which have their own entrance.
These are not connected to the main level.
Perfectly suited for couples who want to spend their vacations together but want privacy.
Only a short drive to the beach of San Juan, to Alicante as the town of Jijona - which is famous for its "Turrón", a sweet, caramelized nut-honey confection.

Un séjour très agréable, la maison est très bien située, vue sur la mer de la terrasse, magnifique. L'environnement est très calme, éloigné du bruit des vacanciers. A quelques kilomètres seulement de la plage la plus proche. Je recommande fortement à ceux qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité.

Leider so ziemlich alles. Das Haus ist in einem eher schlechten Zustand. Alles war sehr sehr schmutzig.
Der Herr, der das Haus betreut ist nicht kompetent. Hat sich keine Zeit genommen das Haus richtig zu übergeben, gerade mal ca 5minuten. Jegliche Fragen zum Ort konnte er nicht beantworten, leider...
