Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space on 93 m² for a relaxing holiday in the Stubai Mountains.
Features & Highlights:
Eat-in kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and satellite TV. A cozy sofa invites you to linger.
3 bedrooms: Each with its own en-suite bathroom for maximum comfort.
Two bathrooms with a shower, one with a bathtub – a hairdryer and towels are available in all of them.
Satellite TV in two bedrooms and in the eat-in kitchen. (Please note that if booking for 2 or 4 people, the additional bedrooms will not be available.

Our garden, which is about 200 m² in size, can of course also be used. Parking spaces: Ample parking is available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. A warm welcome to Haus Waltraud in Neustift im Stubaital! Our house is located in a quiet, sunny spot in the Neder district – ideal for a relaxing and active holiday. Winter: Ski resorts Stubaier Gletscher (18 km), Elferlifte (2 km), Schlick 2000 (8 km) & Serlesbahnen Mieders (10 km) are quickly accessible. Winter bus stop just 100 m away (3 connections daily to the glacier), bus stop with regular connections is a 7-minute walk away (500 m). Cross-country ski trail (500 m) & hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. 8 km long toboggan run Elfer ends directly in front of the house. Summer: All mountain railways are also popular hiking & climbing areas. Perfect starting point for hikes & excursions into the Pinnistal valley. Kampl natural swimming lake (2 km) with playground & swimming opportunities. Highlights: Mieders summer toboggan run (9 km) & Adventure Park Fulpmes (6 km) & collecting nature experiences and much more. Comfort & Service: Ski storage room with ski boot dryer. Cot & high chair available. Restaurants: Pizzeria (100 m), Zeggerstüberl (500 m). Other restaurants, bars in Neustift (3 km). Supermarkets, sports equipment rental in Neustift (3 km).
