Our newly built and high-quality equipped chalet with approx. 100 m² consists of: Ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, Cremesso coffee machine, dishwasher including tabs and detergent, and much more) with adjoining living and dining area including a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people + satellite TV; 1 bathroom with shower/WC; direct access to the furnished terrace; Upper floor: 2 separate double rooms with box-spring beds, satellite TV, and shower/WC in each; Allergy-friendly furnishings (no carpet floors); the bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and shower gel.
Sustainability and regionality of building materials were already considered during the planning of the ALP APART TIROL chalets.

The chalets are located approx. 1.5 km from the Hochoetz ski and hiking region.
The idyllic Piburger See lake can be reached on foot in approx. 25 minutes.

Lukas und natürlich Maria waren bzw sind wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.Haus, Lage und Parkplätze sind perfekt! Wenn wir nochmal ins Ötztal fahren kommen wir gerne wieder )

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Größe, 3 Badezimmer und ist sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben zu 6. unseren Skiurlaub dort verbracht. Die Skibushaltestelle ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt und der Bus fährt gerade mal 5 Minuten bis zur Gondel. Besser geht nicht. Daz...
