Our Welle houses offer 20m² (1 room) of space for up to 2 people for a great Baltic Sea holiday. Enjoy summer and sun on the beach or experience the winter magic of Scharbeutz. And even in bad weather, there's plenty to do here on the Bay of Lübeck! We look forward to seeing you!

Quiet location on the outskirts of the village in a spacious holiday park with adjoining campsite. The holiday homes are surrounded by a lovingly designed dune landscape with lots of sand and dune grass and can be reached via wooden plank paths - so you'll get that real beach feeling right from the holiday park! The endless Baltic Sea beach with its beautiful promenade is only 300 metres away! Dune golf course 400 m. Shopping 1.8 km. Town centre with spa gardens, pier 1.5 km. Ostseetherme 3.3 km.

Beautiful holiday homes in Scandinavian beach house style with maritime furnishings, bright living rooms and large window fronts. All holiday homes have Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, a room safe and gas heating. We have non-smoking holiday homes with terraces with seating furniture, a barbecue and a beach chair by the house. One parking space is reserved per holiday home.

In the holiday park you will find the hospitable reception, as well as the playground with bouncy cushion, climbing frame, table tennis, table football, sandpit, etc. We have a snack bar on site (including bread roll service). We offer the hire of handcarts (for arrival and departure and the beach!), Blu-Ray players and much more at our reception. We have a cosy guest lounge with seating areas, board games and a play corner for children. In July and August there is a free sports programme (including TRX training, Nordic walking, yoga on the beach). Our KOSTnix car can be used for shopping in the neighbourhood for a maximum of 1 hour. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee.

Ideal for a holiday for two: our Welle holiday home has 20 m² of living space with room for a total of 2 people. Here you will find a living room/bedroom with dining table, a kitchenette, a double bed and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. There is seating furniture, a barbecue and a beach chair on the terrace. A baby cot can also be set up - please note that this will reduce the living space.

Pets are not allowed in Haus Welle (38a).

You can also take a look at our houses Düne (up to 8 people), Muschel (up to 6 people), Strand (4-5 people), Boje, Pier and Meer (up to 4 people)!

1 car parking space (5 x 2.5m) is reserved per holiday home. Please contact us before arrival if further parking spaces are required. There is a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee machine in the house.

Double bed (2 x 80 x 200) - a booking of the linen package includes the provision of duvet covers, towels and a bed sheet (160x200). The beds are not made by us. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Please note that bin liners, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are not included in the holiday home equipment. Basic equipment is provided by us.

The bookable linen package includes the bed linen package (1x sheet, 1x pillowcase, 1x duvet cover) and the towel package (1x small towel, 1x large towel).

Electricity and water are available free of charge.
