In a quiet, slightly elevated location on the outskirts of the village with a wonderful view of the Miltach Regental you will find our two holiday chalets, each for 2, max. 3 people Come to us and enjoy your well-deserved holiday in the Bavarian Forest! Relax or be active - or maybe both together? The beauty of the surrounding nature, the variety of our possibilities and leisure activities leave nothing to be desired. The right starting point for extensive leisure activities is our "Ferienchalet 1 in der Forststrasse", (60 m² living space) and our newly opened holiday chalet 2 "Troidkasten" (70 m² living space) both with underfloor heating throughout the house. But dreaming in silence and enjoying peace and comfort are also part of relaxation. Finding time to simply do nothing, perhaps unusual - and yet so much more! These thoughts have guided us in the planning of these oases and you have the opportunity to treat yourself to "magic moments" in our 5-star holiday chalets, to relax and leave everyday life behind. The holiday chalets, furnished with great attention to detail, are in a wonderful location on the outskirts of Miltach, right next to the forest, with a wonderful view of the Regental valley. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, you will live in quiet cosiness, in tasteful elegance, with the comfort of today. The holiday homes offer a stylish living room with antique tiled stove or wood-burning stove, kitchen, bedroom, shower/WC and a separate toilet. A garage for your vehicle is available on request and of course there is a car parking space. A surrounding balcony, terrace and sunbathing lawn invite you to relax. A barbecue area and a well-kept garden with various places to relax are also part of your holiday home. We look forward to welcoming you very soon to the Tuscany of the Bavarian Forest! If you arrive by train or plane, we will be happy to organise a transfer for you.

Payment is made in cash on site.

A deposit of 20% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 60% of the total amount. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total amount.

Subject to availability, changes can be made by arrangement.





Description of the unit
Here in the Tuscany of the Bavarian Forest you will find peace and relaxation for your precious free time! Our 5-star "Ferienchalet Forsthaus in der Forststrasse" (60m²) is quietly located on a hill on the outskirts of Miltach (southern slope) It is lovingly furnished to a high standard and offers 1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 shower/WC, 1 separate toilet and a spacious living room. An antique tiled stove provides cosiness and romance. A balcony on the south side with the best view of the Miltach Regental and a terrace at the rear round off the offer. The complex includes a private car parking space, a garage on request and a well-tended garden with sunbathing lawn and barbecue area. The connection to supra-regional cycling and hiking trails is an advantage. The most important ski areas of the Bavarian Forest are within a radius of 20 to 35 km. GUTI for our guests: Free bus and train travel in the entire district of Cham. If you arrive by bus or train, we will be happy to organise a transfer for you.

Arrival is possible from 16.00h.

Departure is possible until 10.00h.

Other arrival and departure times are possible subject to availability and consultation.

The keys are handed over personally.

Pets are not allowed.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.

Bread roll service on request.

Included in the basic price: Towels and bed linen, WiFi, final cleaning, car park.
