The 85 m² holiday flat is located on the first floor and has a large bedroom, two smaller bedrooms each with a single bed, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining area, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washing machine. Not forgetting the large south-facing balcony. The gas barbecue and the garden are also at your disposal by prior arrangement. Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made later will be charged at 90% of the total price. The accommodation price must be paid on arrival.

Our high-quality holiday flat for 4 people is lovingly furnished and fully equipped. 1 living room with comfortable stressless armchair, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, as well as a gas grill, balcony and car park in the yard available. Towels changed twice a week, bed linen changed after 7 days stay. Washing machine in the house. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Breakfast service for cyclists possible. Various drinks and fruit are provided free of charge on arrival. Directly on the Aischtal cycle path.

Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 15:00 to 21:00. Late arrival by prior arrangement only. Departure until 10.00 am. Pets are allowed. There are no charges for pets. Baby cot and extra bed on request. The accommodation fee is payable on arrival.
