About the Host Our cozy, detached wooden house features 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds & a single bed, a baby cot (if needed), a living area with a kitchenette, dining area, satellite TV, and a shower/WC.

Towels and bed linen are provided.

The outdoor area of the house includes a covered terrace, a large garden, a barbecue, garden furniture, and play facilities for children (swing, sandbox).

On our farm, you can expect to see many animals, such as chickens, cows, rabbits, and cats.

In the immediate vicinity, you can easily reach various excursion destinations, such as the Mining Museum in Kupferberg or the Plassenburg in Kulmbach.

Arrival and departure days are freely selectable by you, provided the house is not otherwise rented. Conditions/Extras As a prepayment, the guest pays the total price via bank transfer at any time.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost.

Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

In case of non-arrival, the total booking price will be charged. Directions for Arrival Coming from Munich, take the A9 towards Nuremberg/Bayreuth to exit 39-Bad Berneck/Himmelkron, where you continue on the B303 towards Himmelkron.

At Ludwigschorgast, leave the federal road to the right and continue on the B289 to Kupferberg.

In Kupferberg, turn right again at the signs for Wirsberg/Neufang, make two slight left turns outside the town, and follow the road to the accommodation. Unit Description The holiday home has a living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer, oven, and a bread slicing machine.

The dining table seats 5 people.

The living area offers a comfortable sofa and a cozy armchair to end the day.

For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a CD player, and our free Wi-Fi.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a sink.

Towels are provided.

In the two bedrooms, you will find ample storage space to keep your luggage tidy and organized.

Bed linen is included in the price.

On the directly adjacent terrace, garden furniture is available for enjoyable evenings together.

The separate garden of the holiday home offers enough play space for children and, for example, your dog.

Another seating area can be used for a barbecue evening at your own barbecue spot.

The holiday home has electric heating with night storage heaters. Conditions/Extras Arrival from 4 PM or by brief arrangement.
