Our holiday apartment was renovated in winter 2020/2021.
It is located in a quiet and unspoiled landscape with a magnificent view of nature, free from through traffic.
No tourist tax is levied.
The apartment is for 2 people: available for rent all year round, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and dining area, large floor-level shower, box-spring bed, linen provided, with a car parking space, and an idyllic garden. **Conditions/Extras** Payment in cash on site.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
A deposit of 70% is due before arrival. **Directions** Lochau 3, 95138 Bad Steben, Germany **Unit Description** Our holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2020/21.
It has a separate entrance with three large rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two comfortable sofas, a reading corner, and a flat-screen TV.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, corner bench, microwave, toaster, and at least a 6-piece dinnerware set.
The bathroom is equipped with a large floor-level shower and a waterfall showerhead.
Underfloor heating is installed in the kitchen and bathroom.
You can also use Wi-Fi and a telephone free of charge.
A large terrace is exclusively available for your use. **Conditions/Extras** Arrival between 2 PM and 4 PM is possible, or by arrangement.
Departure by 10 AM at the latest.
