Cosy house surrounded by forest near the district of Steinbach.
Our comfortably furnished house is situated in a quiet, sunny location surrounded by forest on the outskirts of Bad Kötzting, about 15 minutes walk from the centre and spa gardens. We offer you a holiday flat for 2 persons with a size of 60 m². The holiday flat consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub, a balcony and terrace, garden with deckchairs, barbecue facilities and WLAN internet connection. On request, we also offer guided hikes by the host to the most beautiful spots in the Bavarian Forest.
Conditions/Extras
Payment of the total price is made in cash on departure.
How to find us
If you are travelling on the B85, turn left at Oberndorf onto Chamer Straße (signs for Lam/Bad Kötzting). After 500m continue onto Kirchplatz. After 80m continue on Kötztinger Straße. After 7.2km turn left. After 550m take the third exit at the roundabout (Blaibacher Straße). After 650m keep right. The destination is after 120m on the right side.

Holiday flat (60 sqm) for 2 persons: Spacious holiday flat with one bedroom (double bed), a living room with sofa set, flat screen TV with satellite TV, CD radio and internet access (WLAN), a kitchen with dining area and kitchenette (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and pad machine, bread machine, kettle, egg cooker and toaster), a hallway with wardrobe and wing chair to relax in, a bathroom with shower/WC/bathtub and hairdryer as well as a balcony and terrace. Bed linen, bath towels and towels are provided
Conditions/Extras
Arrival is possible from 13:00 to 16:00.
Departure is possible from 10:00 to 11:00.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Use of washing machine and dryer 3,00EUR each.
Changing unit for bathtub.
Single bed or cot with cot (0-6 years) can be added on request.
Pets are not allowed.
Accommodation prices plus local tourist tax.
