Information about the host
Our family-run flat house is very quietly located in Voglöd, a district of the spa town of Bad Füssing in the Lower Bavarian spa triangle.
The holiday flats/apartments for two people are on the first floor and approx. 33 m² in size. They have a bed-sitting room with fixed double beds, a bathroom with shower and WC and a balcony. All holiday flats have satellite TV, direct dial telephone and free internet access via W-LAN. The fully equipped kitchenette has a 2-ring hob, fridge, coffee machine and crockery. The cosy wingback chairs offer a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. We also offer a bread roll service - we are happy to deliver the breakfast rolls to your room door. Smoking is not permitted in our flats or on the balconies. There is a covered smoking area outside.
You are welcome to use the large garden. For the duration of your stay, your car can be parked in our large covered carport, protected from the wind and weather. You will find further parking spaces directly in front of the house. A storage room is available for your bicycles.
Conditions/Extras
Payment is made in cash on the day of arrival or by arrangement with the landlord.
You are welcome to make a bank transfer from home before arrival.
An advance payment of up to 80% of the total price can be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Our flat house is situated in a quiet location. Relax in our

Check-in from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Check-out until 10 am.
The keys are handed over on site.
Maximum occupancy per flat: two people
Children aged 12 and over must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking house - smoking only permitted in a covered outdoor smoking area!
Tourist tax will be charged separately on site.
