New, fantastic two-room apartment with a great terrace above the rooftops of Heidelberg and a fantastic view of the castle and Neckar.

The holiday flat has a large living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful roof terrace with a partial view of the Neckar and castle (see pictures).

The sleeping accommodation consists of a queen-size bed (1.60m) in the bedroom and a sofa bed with a high-quality mattress (approx. 1.20m) in the living area. If required, a cot, a child seat and an additional mattress (90cm) can be provided. Bed linen is provided once per stay.

The new, bright and modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and washing machine.
Towels are provided once per stay.

In the bright and modern living and dining area you will find a large dining table with four chairs, a large flat screen with a variety of programmes (Astra), a sofa bed with coffee table and a separate kitchen. The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. You will also find a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. There is also an oven and a ceramic hob with 4 hotplates.

The beautiful terrace with a wonderful view offers a view of the castle and Neckar and invites you to spend relaxing evenings with a wonderful sunset.
Here you will also find an indoor dining table with four chairs and two lounge chairs with cushions for relaxing.

Location:
The holiday flat is located on the top floor of a renovated old building from the turn of the century in the city centre of Heidelberg (Bergheim). Climbing stairs is necessary as the house does not have a lift.

Everything is within easy walking distance (old town, castle, Philosophenweg, train station, Neuenheimer Feld, Neckar etc.). There is a good infrastructure with bus and tram right outside the front door.
