Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to Pinhal golf course, it is only a short stroll to the exclusive Old Village complex. Villa Graciete is also convenient for the superb Marina, a twenty minute walk away, where a wide choice of shops and restaurants can be found, and two long, sandy beaches stretch to either side. Great for 2 couples and or family. The beds are of different softness (twin very firm) double soft and master medium) The villa is spacious and comfortable and surrounding great. Very peaceful area ‘Old Village’ 5 mins and marina 20 min walk Paulo communication is excellent and very helpful

Absolutely loved the villa. It was perfect for us (a family of 3) but I'm confident that it would also be equally suitable at full occupancy. I've stayed at various properties in and around the Old Village, this one will be top of my list when we next head over.

The property was very well decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious and it is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is very deep 2.6m at the deep end. Just across the road from the old village and a 10 -15 minute walk from the marina. Bolt taxis are very cheap to use here. Overall a hantastic find
