Unsere Ferienresidenz Bärenhofweg in der Nähe vom Titisee für einen entspannten Urlaub im Hochschwarzwald Unsere barrierefreie und rollstuhlgerechte Ferienresidenz Bärenhofweg befindet sich im Hochschwarzwald direkt am wunderschönen Titisee nur etwa 1200 Meter von der Seepromenade entfernt. Das Ferienhaus wurde im Winter 2019 neu eröffnet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In unserer "Ferienresidenz Bärenhofweg " im Schwarzwald befinden sich 1-4 Zimmer Wohnungen mit 40-90 m2 Wohnfläche. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über eine moderne, helle Ausstattung (Flat Screen, Fußbodenheizung, WLAN, vollausgestattete Küchen etc.) sowie über einen Balkon oder Terrasse mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Die Wohnungen sind barrierefrei gebaut - keine Bodenschwellen oder Treppen, bodentiefe Duschen, Wendekreise für Rollstuhl, teilweise Haltegriffe in den Duschen und Sitzerhöhung der Toiletten. Alle Apartments verfügen über Fußbodenheizung und einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für Kleinwagen. Eine schöne Grünfläche vor dem Haus rundet das Erholungsangebot ab.

Description of the accommodation
Two new apartments in the attic with approx. 70 m2 of living space in Titisee are waiting for you here. The apartments have 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), a spacious living room with dining area and cozy sitting area with sofa bed for another sleeping possibility, kitchenette with ceramic hob and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible, with its own balcony. A beautiful green area awaits you in front of the house for communal use.
