Trastevere G is a comfortable 65-square metres (700 Sq.Ft.) two bedroom apartment with a lovely small balcony and a shared panoramic roof top terrace located on the 2nd floor of a characteristic Roman 4 storey building with elevator, on the picturesque district of Trastevere. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and hotels but at the same time looking for a very quiet accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Rome.

An amount of 50 € per stay will be required for the professional anti-covid apartment disinfection.
CHECK IN TIME: any time after 4pm, but I am flexible! Please ask me for an early check-in possibility. Check-in always free of charge with automated procedure (Self Check-In, full settlement and ID required before arrival). As an alternative, if you require my presence for checking you in after 8pm, you will have to consider a late arrival fee of 30 Euros (before midnight) or 50 Euros (after midnight).
CHECK OUT TIME : before 11 am - Free luggage deposit available either upon arrival or departure.
I’m happy to host your beloved pets for 20 Euros extra cleaning per stay.

Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to spend your evenings, as it offers a diversity of cafés and restaurants, scattered throughout the picturesque cobble stone streets. The name of district comes from Latin: trans Tiberis, over the river Tiber. The river bends and in between is this nice district. It used to be the working class area: Romans used to cross the river to go and work in the city now it is the district “alla moda”. The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on “Ponte Fabricio” the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City. Trastevere Complex is in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome Trastevere you can walk to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc.

This apartment will be disinfected before your arrival by medical devices certified by the Ministry of Health that saturate the environment with a mixture based on hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), radically reducing pathogens present in the air, on surfaces and in air conditioning systems. Certification according to legal provisions is present in the apartment and can be sent on request

This apartment boasts 1 family bedrooms for 4 people with two large single beds (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed), one bunk bed (cm and one wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with two large single beds cm. (that can be joined on request in a large kingsize bed) and one wardrobe.

Sitting room with double sofa bed , large table for up to 10 people with chairs, smart TV connected to Internet with satellite channels and a small but nice balcony with view on the alley.

Fully equipped kitchen with adjustable table with chairs for up to 6 persons.

One full bathroom with shower.

In the building right opposite is a wonderful roof top terrace at your disposal (shared with my other guests and accesible with some steep steps) equipped with tables and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing or enjoy your outdoor meal.

Flatinrome Trastevere is a complex of 5 different size (from studio to 3 bedrooms and from 2 to 14 people) vacation apartments that can accommodate up to 41 persons in total. The nearby public parking makes it a great choice for those arriving by car. The apartments are furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style. You’ll find all the comforts you could wish, including air conditioning and WiFi Wlan Internet connection in every room, washing machine, TV with Satellite channels, telephone with free calls to European and North American land lines.
Additional cost for cleaning will be charged at arrival in the measure of 40 Euros per stay
