Villa Imperati is an enchanting, recently renovated, sea-view villa with modern, bright furnishings. It is an elegant and spacious villa, situated on the west side of Praiano, from where you can admire the magnificent sunset view of Positano and Capri. It enjoys a fantastic private outdoor swimming pool, with sea views, and a large garden equipped with outdoor shower, deckchairs and barbecue. It is situated in the centre of Praiano, reached by about 90 comfortable steps alternating with a typical path.


The villa is organised on 2 floors

GROUND FLOOR

- Large garden with a splendid sea view swimming pool, outdoor hot shower and barbecue,

- Living room, with dining table, sofa and two armchairs, with direct access to the garden,

- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,

- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) and 1 single bedroom (bed size 190x90), in which it is possible to add another single bed (it is not possible to have a double bed, but only 2 single beds)

- 2 bathrooms with shower


FIRST FLOOR

- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with private terrace with sea view, furnished with deck chairs

- 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi with sea view


Villa Imperati is located on the west side of Praiano, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is possible to reach the Villa by about 90 comfortable steps, alternating with a typical path. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is about 600 metres away. Alternatively, it is possible to park on the street for free (we cannot guarantee availability).
