Villa Imperati is a splendid sea-view residence, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in a bright, modern style. Elegant and spacious, it is located on the western side of Praiano, offering breathtaking sunsets over Positano and Capri. The property features a magnificent private outdoor swimming pool (open from 15 April to 19 October) with panoramic sea views, as well as a large garden equipped with outdoor shower, sun loungers and barbecue area.


In an ideal location in the heart of Praiano, the villa is accessible via a combination of steps and a typical footpath. The house is not accessible by car, but this feature makes the experience even more special, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful atmosphere of the village and its breathtaking views.

Please note: the location is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or health problems. All services are only accessible via steps downhill, due to the typical conformation of Praiano, where many services are on a lower level than the house.

- 1 single room with access to the garden - where it is possible to add another single bed (it is not possible to have a double bed, only two single beds) - located between the double room and the rest of the house, though with private access from the garden

FIRST FLOOR

- 1 double bedroom (bed 160x190) with private sea view terrace, equipped with deckchairs

- 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi sea view

Villa Imperati is located on the west side of Praiano, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is possible to reach the Villa via about 100 comfortable steps, alternating with a typical path.


Parking: The house does not have private parking directly on site, but there is a pay car park about 650 metres away, to be booked in advance. Although this may be a minor inconvenience, the distance is easily covered on foot and the private car park offers the security of a reserved spot for the duration of your stay. Alternatively, there is a paid public car park about 200 metres away.


NOTE: In high season, finding parking can be particularly difficult. It is therefore advisable to reserve parking spaces at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Public transport: Public transport connections, including local buses, may vary depending on the time of day and season. In high season, the service may be busier and less punctual. For your convenience, we can suggest alternative options, such as taxi service, which can be booked in advance.
