Villa Pi Tort offers breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding Cala San Vicente, creating a natural environment of tranquility and privacy.

Cala San Vicente is a coastal gem with restaurants and two sandy coves, all within a short walk. The villa features 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people, a private pool, spacious outdoor areas, and amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.

Situated on the main road leading to Cala San Vicente, it sits slightly above street level and is surrounded by hedges for enhanced privacy.

Upon entering, an archway covered with grapevines and a few steps lead to the main door. The spacious and bright living-dining room boasts a decorative fireplace and connects to the pool terrace, ideal for outdoor enjoyment.

The functional and well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the barbecue area and includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and all with garden access.

The first floor hosts the fourth bedroom, with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and mountain views. Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool, a covered dining area, a brick barbecue, and a poolside seating area.

The surrounding hedges and trees ensure privacy and tranquility. Important Information In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
