- Small kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- Bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer
Upper floor:
- Guest toilet
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), TV, and balcony
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), with an extra bed for 1 person possible
- 1 bedroom with a single bed (1.00 x 2.00 m)
- Spacious, fenced garden with a pond, guest loungers, and a terrace

- Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning included
