Our Shell Houses offer space for up to 6 people in 4 rooms spread across 40m² for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation.
Enjoy summer and sunshine on the beach or experience the winter magic of Scharbeutz.
And even in bad weather, there's plenty to do here on the Lübeck Bay! We look forward to welcoming you! Your domicile for a first-class holiday in Scharbeutz! Quiet location on the outskirts in a spacious holiday park with an adjacent campsite.
The holiday homes are situated amidst a lovingly designed dune landscape with plenty of sand and dune grass, and are accessible via wooden boardwalk paths – creating a true beach feeling right in the holiday park! The endlessly long Baltic Sea beach with a beautiful promenade is just 300 meters away! Dune golf course is 400 m away.
Shops are 1.8 km away.
The village center with spa park and pier is 1.5 km away.
The Baltic Sea thermal spa is 3.3 km away.
Beautiful holiday homes in a Scandinavian beach house style with maritime decor, bright living areas, and large windows.
All holiday homes feature Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV, an in-room safe, and electric heating.
We have non-smoking houses, with terraces equipped with seating, a grill, and a beach chair at the house.
One parking space is reserved per holiday home.
The holiday park offers a friendly reception, as well as a playground with a bouncy castle, climbing frame, table tennis, foosball, sandbox, etc.
We have an on-site snack bar (including a roll service).
You can rent beach trolleys (for arrival and departure, and for the beach!), Blu-ray players, and much more at our reception.
We have a cozy guest lounge with seating areas, board games, and a play corner for children.
In July and August, there is a free sports program (including TRX training, Nordic walking, beach yoga).
For shopping in the nearby area, our KOSTnix-Car (Free Car) can be used for a maximum of 1 hour.
Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.
Our Muschel (Shell) holiday home has 40sqm of living space, divided into 4 rooms with space for a total of 6 people.
Here you will find: a living room with a sofa seating area, a dining table, a kitchenette (with oven/microwave, dishwasher), one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
The covered veranda invites you with a hanging chair, seating furniture, and a grill.
A beach chair is located at the holiday home.
In the Muschel (Shell) house (50), 2 pets are allowed.
Feel free to also check out our other houses: Düne (Dune) (up to 8 people), Strand (Beach) (4-5 people), Boje (Buoy), Meer (Sea), and Pier98 (up to 4 people), and Welle (Wave) (up to 2 people)! One car parking space (5 x 2.5m) is reserved per holiday home.
Please contact us before arrival if additional parking spaces are required (for a fee).
The house is equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee machine.
Double bed (160 x 190); Single bed (80 x 190) – booking the linen package includes the provision of duvet covers, towels, and a bedsheet.
The beds are not made by us.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Please note that trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper are not included in the holiday home amenities.
A basic supply is provided by us. ---------------------------------------- The bookable linen package includes the bedding package (1 bedsheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover) and the towel package (1 small towel, 1 large towel).

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich , es gibt nichts auszusetzen
Uns hat alles super gut gefallen, allerdings würde ich beim nächsten Mal direkt im Ferienpark buchen.
Es war ein schönes Haus, ein toller Aufenthalt und eine gute Lage
