Our Pilion flats are located in an outbuilding at the rear of our property. The two flats can also be rented as an independent holiday home. The outbuilding and its two flats have been newly renovated with every comfort, modern bathrooms equipped with the highest quality tiles, Ideal Standard bathroom fittings and real glass shower cubicles.

Both flats are identically furnished and are located right next to each other with a shared large terrace, with a view and access to our beautiful garden.

Platanofylla, Studios & Apartments in Kala Nera

We rent spacious flats on one or two levels, rooms and studios. All fully equipped, in different price categories, all year round.

In Greek "Platanofylla" means plane tree leaves. Our house is surrounded by old plane trees, and you will gratefully enjoy their shade and the fresh greenery, especially in the warm summer months.

You will find our family-run house on the outskirts of the small beach village of Kala Nera. It has direct access to the beach and a 4-hectare garden with fruit and olive trees.

Our 10 units are spread over a main building and two outbuildings and offer ideal conditions for self-catering. They are all equipped with a kitchen and have a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden. You have the choice between traditional style or discreet luxury. There is plenty of space for your car on the property, which is much appreciated.

In front of the building, a small pebble beach invites you to swim in the clear sea. The sandy beach of Kala Nera is only a 5-minute walk away, always along the sea. The village has a long shady promenade, just right for a stroll, shopping, a cosy meal in one of the tavernas or a drink in one of the beach cafes or bars. The beach is shallow and sandy, partly organised in the summer months and is awarded the "Blue Flag" (= clean water) every year.

At Platanofylla we make every effort to ensure that our guests feel at home with us and at the same time get to know the Greek way of life. As absolute Pilion fans, we are also happy to give you suggestions so that you can explore the natural beauty and sights of our surroundings.

We speak Greek, German and English. And if necessary also with hand and foot....
