le nombre de commerces , ce qui est appréciable , pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour les courses
les restaurants , et les belles randonnées
le soir bruit des voisins sur la terrasse qui parle trop fort

la situation géographique dans le village
de m'entendre dire que l'inventaire était juste là par obligation de ne pas en tenir compte
le matériel très dégradé ( micro onde , plaques de cuisson , hotte .... )
