Location
We got charged unexpectedly for linen/towels. Also got charged for late check in (despite the key holders knowing the flight times) with no notification. Key holders also entered apartment without our permission when we were not present (apparently they were pushed for time). Not acceptable.
Cockroaches also present in apartment, one also found in my grandchild’s bed.
