For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers.
Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises.
Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
Local sale of farm products.
Please note: residence with electric gates.
The owner lives in the same residence.

Wir waren 6 Personen. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Die zwei Etagen sind abgetrennt und 2 Wohnungen daraus gemacht mit vielen Sitz- und Essbereichen draußen für jedes Wetter geeignet. Gepflegt, sauber, toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Für die Region auch sehr ruhig.

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wirklich sagenhaften Ausblick – wir haben es jeden Tag genossen!
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat
. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Bei der Sauberkeit könnte noch etwas mehr Sorgfalt walten, dann wäre es perfekt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine schöne Zeit und können die Wohnung empfehlen.
