The apartment can accommodate up to seven people.
Amenities also include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.
A washing machine is available on request and for an additional fee.
A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden.
The fenced garden and outdoor area, planted with many flowers, are open to all guests of the house.
Pets are welcome and may be brought along at no extra charge.
A few meters from the accommodation is a private property with several parking spaces.
You will receive a parking card from the host, and a parking space is securely reserved for you.

Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr schön.
Alles war gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und ansprechend, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich.
Die Altstadt in Konstanz kann zu Fuß sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ruhige Lage nahe dem See.
Das Doppelbett war für meine Bedürfnisse zu hart, das Ausklappbett dagegen i.O. Daher "nur" 4 Sterne.
