In the romantic Klützer Winkel region, 3 km from the Baltic Sea, you will find our beautiful holiday accommodation in a lovingly renovated listed building, featuring two apartments on the ground floor.
We cordially invite you to our beautiful, listed house in the small town of Klütz. Two lovingly renovated apartments, completed in 2010, await you. The walls are mostly plastered with clay and painted in vibrant colors, creating warm, inviting rooms with an excellent indoor climate.
Here you can forget the stress and hectic pace of everyday life and let your soul dangle.
The charm of our town lies particularly in its beautifully restored houses, streets, and squares.
With attractions such as Bothmer Castle, St. Mary's Church, the Klütz Mill, the Butterfly Park, and the "Uwe Johnson" House of Literature, our guests have access to diverse cultural and recreational facilities. The Baltic Sea is only 3 km away and influences our climate.
Fresh breezes and clean air, with plenty of sunshine, invite you to enjoy numerous leisure activities.
In 15 minutes by bike, you can reach Boltenhagen and enjoy the white sandy beach of this Baltic seaside resort, complete with cafés, restaurants, concerts, and much more.
For children, the shallow, gentle beach at Wohlenberger Wiek is very suitable (5 km away). However, there are also many "natural" Baltic Sea beaches, such as Steinbeck, with its steep coast and natural beach – a wild and romantic stretch of coastline perfect for seaside strolls. Upon booking, we request a deposit of 20% of the total cost.
Our bank details are: Spk Mecklenburg Nord-West DE61 14051000 1506125162 Cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of your trip; thereafter, 90% of the total cost will be charged. Pets are not allowed. Arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM or by arrangement. Departure by 11:00 AM. A local recreation tax of €2 per day is payable on-site for the resort of Klütz. Children up to their 16th birthday are exempt. Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally for €13/€5 per person, one-time. As an additional service, we have everything ready for our guests for a trip to the beach, e.g., a picnic blanket, windbreak, and sand toys. Your holiday apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day and until 11:00 AM on your departure day. Arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM is appreciated but not mandatory.
We live next door to the apartment and can accommodate you without much difficulty.

Man kann draußen im Freien frühstücken, mit Blick in den großen Garten.
Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster der Straße hat man in der Nacht die vorbeifahrenden Autos gehört, aber ist eigentlich zu vernachlässigen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in den Herbstferien sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie ausgesprochen sauber. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
