Our 158m² Duplex is located in the heart of Arucas, just a few steps from the Cathedral. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has three different levels

On the first level there is an independent kitchen, with ceramic hob equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer.



On the second level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The master bedroom is very bright, with a colonial style and a small balcony. Another bedroom has two single beds and the third has a double bed. All the rooms have large windows and are fresh and bright.



The third level is the terrace, equipped with hammocks and with beautiful views of the cathedral, the mountains and the city.



All the accommodation has wifi.

It is located 300 m from the "Cathedral of Arucas" one of the most important churches of the island, 450 m from the "Arucas Bus Station", 220 m from "El Mercado Restaurant", 550 m from "Arucas Health Centre", 2 km from the "Mercadona" supermarket. The nearest beaches are 13 km from the famous "Playa de Las Canteras" and 10 km from the "Playa el Puertillo". It is 13 km to the golf course "Las Palmeras Golf", 39 km to the "Gran Canaria Airport", and 71 km to the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas".
