The apartment is located in the old town center of Annaberg-Buchholz.

The Annaberger Markt (market square) and St.

Anne's Church are just a few minutes' walk away.

You will find shopping facilities in the center around the market square.

A discount supermarket is approximately 1200 meters away. A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking.

The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or can be paid by bank transfer before arrival. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.

Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. You can check in from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please check out by 11:00 AM. You will receive the key on-site.

Please ring the bell at Winzer and/or Jäger.

If no one is present, you will receive the code for the key safe in advance. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A baby crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor's tax, final cleaning, towels, Wi-Fi, and bed linen are included in the booking price. Parking facilities are available around the apartment.

Due to the central location, there is no direct parking space for the apartment. Upon arrival, the key handover will be done in person or via a key safe.

Check-in is normally possible from 4:00 PM.

Other times may be possible upon request.
