The well-furnished apartment “Rosenrot” is situated in a quiet residential area of Überlingen and is perfect for relaxing holidays only a short walk from the lake.
The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and a highchair.
You can start the day with coffee on the private open terrace with a dining table or spend the evenings there with tasty home-cooked dinners and a glass of wine.
The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (600 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1 km or a 13-minute walk away, and you can reach restaurants within 600 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment.
A train station is 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk away.
The closest beach, Ostbad, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is a 29-minute walk or 5-minute drive (2.6 km) away.

Ebenso waren Spülmittel und Putzmittel vorhanden.
Insgesamt gut ausgestattet.
Betten waren für uns zu weich
Couch war auch etwas durchgesessen
