APTO MIRAMAR is a beautiful flat on the seafront with capacity for 5 people on the 7th floor with lift. It has a living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a nice balcony where you can enjoy incredible sea views. Outside there is a communal terrace and a magnificent swimming pool. Its location is one of its greatest charms as it is located on the Paseo Marítimo and only 23 metres from the beach, very close to all services, leisure and restaurants. A great choice for an incredible family holiday.
Malgrat de Mar has several certifications with the Brand of Family Tourism and Sports Tourism. Its main attractions are its kilometres of wide, clean, golden sandy beaches, surrounded by pine forests. The services and facilities of its Nautical Station make it easy to practice numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving, among others. Nearby is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can also go on different excursions and outdoor activities. Malgrat de Mar is an excellent starting point for quick and easy excursions to the most important places in the country: both inland and to the nearby Costa Brava or to the city of Barcelona.

. CHECK-IN information service Dear customer, Home Holidays Rentals would like to facilitate your arrival outside the scheduled office hours for the handover of the keys to your holiday home. We offer you the following options
1-Direct check-in to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Check-in outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.
- Groups are not accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the amount of deposit it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the booking and the occupants of the same.
- Online check-in is compulsory to hand over the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is compulsory (1,10€).
- The booking includes towels, sheets and cleaning service.
- Bookings of less than 4 days will have to pay an increase of 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.
- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

La ubicación
Muy anticuado. No muy límpio. Alguna mancha en las sábanas y relleno almohadas con manchas amarillas. Muebles mordidos . Los armarios de la cocina no cierran bien. Cubiertos reutilizafos de otras viviendas de la propiedad (dos de cada modelo), los vasos igual…
Si hay vitro y quieren que se cuide deberían dejar un limpiador para vitro.
