Our beautiful 70 m² holiday home "Am Waldesrand" in Sögel with its own garden with terrace is the perfect starting point for hikes in the Hümmling Nature Park, cycling tours through the Emsland and relaxing walks through the Clemenswerth Castle complex, which is approx. 800 m away and covers an area of 42 ha.

The comfortably equipped and ground-floor holiday home "Am Waldesrand" offers space for up to three people and is lovingly furnished. In 2024 our holiday home was extensively renovated and further "spruced up".

You can now expect a new well-equipped kitchen, a cosy modern living room to relax in, a bedroom with double bed, a twin room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Two simple bicycles are available free of charge for smaller bike tours. There is a storage room for your own bicycles.

After an eventful and beautiful day in the Emsland, you can relax in the garden with terrace or use the barbecue facilities to socialise.

Your dog is also very welcome here! You have the possibility to enter the forest directly from the garden through a gate. Beautiful relaxing walks right outside the front door with your dog are therefore guaranteed. The fully fenced property of our holiday home offers your dog plenty of space.

A playground nearby in the holiday home area Sögel ensures fun for the little guests.

The centre of the state-approved resort of Sögel is approx. 1,500 m away - here you will find many shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants.

The Sögel holiday home area will be expanded in 2025. Therefore, there may be construction noise. The noisy construction work will begin in November 2025 and end in March 2026 at the latest. The quiet times in the Sögel holiday home area will also be observed during the construction work!
