Centrally located in the village, in a quiet area and about an 8-minute walk from the harbor, a small supermarket, the tourist office, the free natural swimming beach, and several restaurants, you'll find Residence Bodenseeperle with the cozy "Lindau" apartment on the first floor.
The front door and key safe are behind the house, near the garage.
The inviting apartment features a living room with TV, mini stereo system, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom includes a large washbasin with mirrored wall, a shower with ceiling showerhead, and a toilet.
There's also a small coat corner. Shared board games and books are available.
Families with children can use a baby cot (travel cot) and high chair. A covered balcony with seating for 4 and a sunshade invites you to relax. Each apartment has a designated parking space on the south side between the brown wooden panels and the green hedge.
The space is signposted. Outside, you'll find table tennis and a foosball table, plus a nicely arranged outdoor seating area.
A secure bike room is available. Please note: This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Self check-in ensures a smooth arrival.
