Location & surroundings
The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Lumafe” is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short walk from the banks of Lake Constance.
From the apartment, you can reach a supermarket and a bakery after a 5-minute walk (450 m), as well as a steakhouse.
After a 9-minute walk, you will reach Strandbad Nußdorf, the closest beach, where you can swim in the glistening blue water in the midst of a wonderful lake and mountain panorama with romantic sunsets.
The train station is a 12-minute walk (950 m) from the apartment, from where you can get to the charming centre of Überlingen in only 3 minutes.
You will find many restaurants serving regional dishes, little cafés and narrow streets with lovely architecture to walk about.
Überlingen also has a ferry terminal, from where you can cross the lake to the shores north of Konstanz.
Konstanz’ picturesque old town centre is certainly worth a visit, but it is easier to take the car, which will take approximately one hour (60 km) and will lead you past many scenic landscapes and lakeshores.
In the opposite direction, the pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen, home to the Zeppelin museum, is a 40-minute drive (32 km) from Überlingen and has a regional airport.
The hilly area around Lake Constance is perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking or biking, and in winter, you can even reach a skiing area after a 30-minute drive (26.5 km).

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett , hatten viele Ausflugstipps und wir konnten unsere E-Bikes in der Garage unterstellen und auch laden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Eigener Stellplatz und kindersicherer Balkon.
Nußdorf ist eine tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Nachbarorte.
Hervorzuheben ist die unaufdringliche aber sehr große Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, welche im gleichen Haus wohnen. Als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern waren wir sehr willkommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
