Die perfekte Ausstattung, die weit über das Nötigste reicht. Die Geräumigkeit der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Park.
Der Lärm der häufig vorbeifahrenden Bahn, etwas Flug-und Straßenlärm auf der Rückseite.

Bien situé, assez proche de la Croisette.
Belle vue sur la baie du balcon où les bruits de la circulation sont bien présents.
L’équipement de qualité moyenne comprend l’essentiel uniquement.
La place de parking en sous-sol et la piscine pas très grande mais suffisante sont des plus appréciés.
