Your holiday domicile is located in the heart of the Upper Black Forest at the edge of the tranquil village of Schluchsee, not far from the shore of the water of the same name, at an altitude of almost 1000 metres, embedded in the unique hill and forest landscape of the low mountain range. The apartment "Elf-Null-Drei" with its sunny south-west facing position has recently been extensively renovated and offers relaxing holidays in a modern ambience, with a spacious balcony, a wonderful view of nature and a stylish, cosy interior.
The apartment with about 42m² includes: - a combined living and dining room with sofa bed (145x200cm), two upholstered armchairs, dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV and board games. - a bedroom with comfortable double bed (180x200cm), reading lamps by the bed, dressing table with mirror, spacious wardrobe with hangers. - a kitchen with refrigerator incl. ice compartment, two-burner induction hob, oven-microwave combination, dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and basic kitchen equipment. - a bathroom with washbasin, hair dryer, WC, spacious shower, electric towel warmer, mirror light. - a corridor with mirror, shelf, Fritz box, wardrobe with hangers, draining facilities for shoes, vacuum cleaner, mop, folding steps. - a sunny, mostly covered balcony with two reclining armchairs with upholstery, two folding chairs, a balcony table. During your stay you can expect: - fast internet in the whole apartment, including balcony (16 MBit, Fritzbox-W-Lan). - 1 large and 1 small towel per person and bed linen. - free parking spaces in sufficient number directly in front of the house. - robust, pleasant, allergy friendly vinyl floor or tiles in the bathroom. - a partially dimmable lighting system (Hue system) that can be changed in colour or shade, for example in the bathroom. - Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house (for a small fee, coin-operated). - Indoor swimming pool in the house.
The freshly renovated indoor swimming pool is available to all guests. - free lending library in the house. - Playroom with table tennis table and table football in the house. - Sauna in the house (for a fee). - uncomplicated waste disposal in the hallway. - a tobacco and nicotine free zone – it is a non-smoking holiday flat! - no hair or other traces of quadrupeds – pets must stay outside! The apartment is easy to reach by car on the Bundesstraße 500 or by train via Freiburg and then with the Höllental- or the Drei-Seen-Bahn.
From the station Schluchsee it is a 15 minutes walk to the apartment.
Shopping facilities for daily needs can be found in Schluchsee or in the surrounding area.
In only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot you can reach an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery. Washing machine and dryer for a fee in the basement of the house.

Leider erlaubte uns das Wetter nicht die vielen Vorteile zu nutzen aber das Schwimmbad und der Spieleraum schafften uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Im Appartement war alles wie beschrieben. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Apartment.
Die Ausstattung im Apartment ist für einen Urlaub vollkommen ausreichend. Alles war sehr sauber.
Die ganze Anlage befindet sich an einer sehr schönen Lage.
Das Hallenbad im Hotel ist auch sehr schön.
Der einzige Minuspunkt den wir hatten war das Restaurant...
