The same elevator also takes you directly to the beach.
The accommodation includes limited parking, right in front of the building.
The exterior accommodation, very bright and sea-facing, has a spacious and functional layout, with modern and elegant decoration that creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Renovated in May 2022, sustainability was a key consideration when choosing materials and the layout of the accommodation.
One of the most outstanding aspects is the view, as it features a large glass front that opens like a fan, creating a large balcony over the ocean.
Above the glass front, there is an electric awning with a remote control to regulate the amount of light you want to let in.
The living and dining room consists of a chaise lounge sofa bed, facing the wall-mounted smart TV, and a dining table for four diners with comfortable seating, from where you can also work, aided by the inspiration of the views.
The bedroom has two single beds, each 0.9 meters wide, which can be joined together as guests wish, with storage trunks for items such as suitcases.
