This magnificent 2-bedroom chalet with lake view is a real haven of peace for pleasant holidays with family or friends.

In winter, the wood-burning stove will enhance your convivial evenings.
Description of the Cosy Chalet 180° - Saint-Jorioz:
Ground floor (accessed by a few steps):
- Large living room with cocooning lounge (fireplace)
- Dining area for 6 people
- Separate WC
- Large separate fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, microwave, crockery for 8 people, electric oven, ceramic hob)
Terrace accessible directly from the lounge (facing east) equipped with a table and chairs as well as a parasol.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x200cm, south-facing with lake and mountain views
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200cm south-facing with lake and mountain views
- Office area
- Storage space for suitcases
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath
Possibility of adding a mattress for additional sleeping.
The chalet has no recent soundproofing. The Cosy Chalet 180° has been selected by your agency LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy, which specialises in holiday rentals on the shores of Lake Annecy and in the Alps.
A deposit of €800 will be paid by pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by e-mail from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.
Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc...) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.
We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.
