Ce studio de 36 m2 avec balcon à été entièrement rénové en 2020.
Il est situé à Ecublens aux portes du centre de Lausanne et à quelques pas de l'université et de L'epfl.
La résidence se trouve dans un cadre de verdure et à l'abri du bruit
Vous trouverez un centre commercial à 300 mètres de votre logement.
Ce studio est situé dans un espace de verdure et a quelques minutes du centre ville.
Un arrêt de bus se trouve a 100 mètres et le métro a 500 mètres, lequel vous déposera en 3 minutes a Lepfl a L’unil ou au centre ville en 7 minutes..
Le Studio est entièrement dédié aux voyageurs, une place de parc extérieur est a disposition.
Un jardin d’enfants est disponible a l’intérieur de la residence.
Au vu de mes nombreux voyages a l’étranger je préfère communiquer par message.
Du fait de la proximité du centre ville de Lausanne, nous avons le calme et la tranquillité sans les désavantages d’un centre ville bruyant.
Le centre commercial, le bus et le métro à proximité fait que l’on peut se passer de véhicule privé.

Parfait studio pour mes parents qui sont venus en vacances me rendre visite durant une semaine. La place de parking est un plus. La machine à café, le grill pain parfait pour un petit déjeuner. Endroit calme.
Salle de bain un peu petite mais c'est un détail. Il manquait juste un savon pour se laver les mains.
Um Studio muito bom, completo, tudo bem limpinho, inclusive com máquina de lavar , tv, etc...

Gostei muito da instalação, um lugar bem acolhedor e silencioso, perto da estação de trem e ônibus de fácil acesso. Com certeza voltaremos, recomendo!
Não tenho nenhuma reclamação, foi muito fácil encontrar a chave do apartamento.

Stéphane was a great hoster, very fast to answering messages and friendly.
The place is great too. Very calm neighborhood and the studio was clean and is very nice. Close to bus stops and supermarkets.
The only downside I could mention about the place is that I found a few small cockroaches in the kitchen and around the apartment.
