The Apple House is located in the scenic hamlet of "Pino" in Varenna, on Lake Como, a few steps away from the green nature and only 3 km from the historic centre of Varenna.
The flat has a fantastic panoramic view over Bellagio: the porch and the furnished terrace (87 sqm) are ideal places to enjoy the sunsets over the lake over a drink or for romantic candlelight dinners. This leads to the flat, which is located on the first floor of the building with a lift. The 91-square-metre flat consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, the eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Externally, The Apple House enjoys a beautiful private porch and a garage.
The Apple House is equipped with WiFi, TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, crockery and much more. The bathroom, with a window, is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
The Apple House has direct private access to the Greenway Dei Patriarchi trail (20-minute walk) and the beach (3-minute walk). It is 3 km from the historic centre of Varenna and 4 km from Varenna train station and ferry, which connect it to Milan and the whole lake centre. Notes: It can accommodate up to six people ▪ inside it is forbidden to smoke ▪ animals are allowed

The apartment was wonderful! It was well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was amazing and the side terrace was perfect for a shady mid day meal. The house was very clean and accommodated the four of us perfectly.
