The flat is fully furnished and has a fantastic panoramic lake view over Bellagio: the terrace is perfect for enjoying the sunsets over the lake or relaxing with a drink.

Furnished with simplicity, it has a TV, WiFi, fan, DVD player, books and canned games, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, as well as an oven, gas hob, electric kettle, toast machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. Externally, Patrizia's House has a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake equipped with outdoor furniture and a small garden at the back of the house.
Patrizia's House is just a few metres from the public car park, 1 km from the lake, 3 km from the historic centre of Varenna and 4 km from the railway station and the Varenna ferry, which connect it to Milan and the whole of the lake.
