Situated halfway between the Rhine plain and the Black Forest High Road, our village is an ideal holiday resort surrounded by vineyards. We offer you 2 cosy, lovingly and completely furnished non-smoking holiday flats. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Kitchenette: Electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. SAT-TV, flat screen, Wlan, radio, alarm clock, safe, hairdryer. Free parking spaces. Barbecue area, playground, lounge with table tennis table. Child-friendly house (50% discount for children). Pets are not allowed. Our house (Winzerhof) is located in the centre of the village, where you will find a bus stop, Kurhaus bakery, adventure outdoor pool, mini golf course, shopping facilities and excellent gastronomy. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. In the municipality of Sasbachwalden, a visitor's tax is levied, which is between 1.90 euros and 2.20 euros per night and person (from 16 years), depending on the season. The fee is charged directly by the host. Upon payment of the visitor's tax, you will receive the KONUS guest card, which offers you numerous benefits, including free use of buses and trains during your stay and a discount on daily admission to the Sasbachwalden outdoor pool.

Description of the unit
70 sqm: ground floor flat, 1 bedroom, eat-in kitchen, large living room with additional sleeping possibility, SAT-TV flat screen, WLAN, bathtub/shower/WC, separate WC, terrace with garden furniture. Newly renovated and furnished. A bottle of Alde Gott wine awaits you as a welcome gift. Pets are not allowed. Occupancy 1-4 persons (3rd-4th person in the living room (on a super-comfortable sofa bed). After the entrance you will find the kitchen-living room on the left, from there you enter the enchanting bed-sitting room, from there via the corridor there is a spacious bedroom, next door is the bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC with window, then there is a separate WC and cloakroom.
