The complex is located in the Sierra de los Filabres, about 80 kilometres from Almería. It was given an award by the local parliament for its ecological aspects.

The fully renovated complex is more than 200 years old and consists of several, detached holiday homes. They combine rustic elements with modern amenities. The complex has a community swimming pool, a garden, miniature golf and several other games.

The houses offer stunning views of the surrounding area and are located near Laroya in the Almería Province, at an elevation of about 1200 meters. It is an ideal place for hiking, visiting the town of Macael, where marble is mined or just simply come and enjoy the peace and quiet.

One storey 80m² holiday home. There are three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The house was fully renovated and at the heart you will find the beautiful, rustic living room with a fireplace, a sofa, armchairs and a large dining table. The living room also offers a sofa bed. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with a ceran stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a washing machine. The house has two bathrooms. Solar heating is used to heat the house.

The patio, furnished with outdoor furniture, grants access to the community pool. There is also a playground and a barbecue.
