The new penthouse, located on the fifth floor of a building with lift, consists of a spacious living room, a separate equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room there is access to a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. The terrace has a dining table and sun loungers for relaxing, as well as awnings.
The living room has two sofa beds, one single and one double.
There is wifi internet, air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
The flat is located in the centre of Calafell, all the infrastructure within walking distance. To the beach 100m. There is free parking 200m from the flat, crossing under the train tracks, and blue zone 50m from the flat.
Ideal for a small family or couple.
Additional rules
For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. In order to guarantee compliance with current regulations regarding public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may ask the tourist to provide an image of their ID card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
2 . On leaving the house, if food/drink or any other type of waste is left behind, a penalty of 200 € of the security deposit will be charged.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. NO PARTIES are allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1,10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to over 16's. (Law 5/2012 of 20 March of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details of all guests will be required on arrival.
6. The deposit (200€) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of key handover and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not been damaged)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, utility costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 22:00 h. and Check-ins ending after 22:00 h. will have a supplement of 50€.
