Cosy flat completely refurbished, located a few metres from the beach. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room, open plan kitchen and outdoor terrace fully equipped and furnished to enjoy outdoor meals.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has easy access from the street. The dining room has air conditioning, but this is enough to cool the whole flat.
The location of the flat is excellent, as it is very close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, several supermarkets. The train station is 400 metres away. No car is needed.
Calafell is a coastal town that offers tourists a wide leisure programme for all ages: for children, there are amusement parks, inflatable parks on the beach, activities for children on the beach. For young people, there are several discotheques and music bars. And for everyone: a toga area with the best shops, restaurants serving Mediterranean, Chinese, Italian, South American cuisine ... and for any budget.
The beaches are fine golden sand, easily accessible and adapted for the disabled. The sea water contains a large amount of iodine, which makes Calafell one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa Dorada.

For stays of more than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To ensure compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may ask the tourist to provide an image of their ID card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
2 . On leaving the house, if food/drink or any other type of waste is left behind, a penalty of 200 € of the security deposit will be charged.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. NO PARTIES are allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1,10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to over 16's. (Law 5/2012 of 20 March of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details of all guests will be required on arrival.
6. The deposit (200€) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of key handover and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not been damaged)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, utility costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 22:00 h. and Check-ins ending after 22:00 h. will have a supplement of 50€.
