VILLA DEI SOGNI is an elegant three-storey villa, located in a quiet area, 400 metres from the sea, for 11 people. Villa dei Sogni is about 1 km from the centre of Massa Lubrense where you will find shops, restaurants, the supermarket, bars and the SITA bus stop. Marina della Lobra, a small picturesque fishing village, is a short distance away. Here you will find the beach, a small harbour, shops, bars and excellent restaurants. The villa is about 5 km from Sorrento. THE BEACH of Marina della Lobra is about 400 metres away. Near the beach you will find restaurants by the sea, the picturesque small port and various tourist activities.


Villa dei Sogni, immersed in an oasis of peace facing the Gulf of Naples and Capri, offers air-conditioned, spacious and bright rooms, furnished in traditional style with warm colours, hand-painted Vietri ceramic floors, large furnished terraces, an enchanting sea view.


To stay at Villa dei Sogni we recommend you to have a car, which you can park on the spot, free of charge. The car park can accommodate one car and is not suitable for minivans.

You will reach Villa dei Sogni from the car park without stairs.

The PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 6x4 metres, 1.20 metres deep. The pool has a hydro-massage corner and waterfall shower, excellent for neck massage. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. From the pool you will enjoy an amazing view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. On request, the pool can be heated (max. 28°). The pool is open all year round.


The PRIVATE TERRACE is equipped with a beautiful dining table, armchairs and sofas. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-burning oven for pizzas. On request, it is possible to book a pizza chef. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea. You will reach the terrace from the second living room.


The villa is on three floors sloping down towards the sea, connected by an internal staircase and lift, and has satellite TV, stereo system, telephone and Wi-Fi internet connection.


FIRST FLOOR (accessible from street level)


The FIRST LIVING ROOM is bright and tastefully decorated. Here you will find two sofas and a fireplace. From the lounge you have access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.


The FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, a television and a safe. A single bed can be added on request. From the bedroom you have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower cubicle and hairdryer.


SECOND FLOOR

The SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed (on request it is possible to make two single beds), a television and a safe. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. From the room you have access to a terrace with a view of the sea. You will reach the room from the corridor.


The SECOND BATHROOM (adjacent to the second bedroom) is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bathtub with shower and hairdryer. You will reach the bathroom from the corridor.


The THIRD BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed (on request, it can become two single beds), a television and a safe. A single bed can be added on request. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower cubicle and hairdryer. From the room you have access to a terrace with a view of the sea. You will reach the room from the corridor.


The FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, a television and a safe. A single bed can be added on request. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower cubicle, whirlpool bath and hairdryer. From the room you have access to a terrace with a view of the sea. You will reach the room from the corridor.


THIRD FLOOR

The SECOND LIVING ROOM is large and bright. Here you will find sofas, armchairs, a satellite television, a fireplace and a dining area. The dining area is equipped with a dining table for twelve people. The room is equipped with air conditioning/heating. From the living room you will have access to the large terrace with a view of the sea.

The KITCHEN is equipped with six gas cookers, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a dining table, a coffee machine and other small appliances. You will reach the kitchen from the second living room. From the kitchen you will have access to the large terrace with a barbecue and a pizza oven.


The FIFTH BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will reach the bathroom from the second living room.


To Know

Tourist tax: 2,00 euro per day per person for the first 5 nights, from 1 April to 31 October. Minors up to the age of majority are exempt from payment.

- For arrivals after 20:00 there will be an extra charge of 60.00 euro to be paid on arrival.

- Security deposit: 2,000.00 euro. The security deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage has been caused to the property.

- Heated swimming pool. If required 700,00 euro per week to be paid on the spot.

- Final cleaning 400,00 euro to be paid on the spot.

- Baby cot: 10,00 euro per day.

- Daily cleaning 5 hours per day included.
