Situated in a private condominium with swimming pool, with excellent location in Vilamoura, 1.2 km from Praia da Falésia and the marina and 1.3 km from Vilamoura Beach. The flat gives the feeling of being the ground floor of a villa, because not only does the building look like a villa, but the inexistence of stairs to the two terraces, garden and pool give the freedom to be inside and outside, allowing you to enjoy both the inside and the outside. The Lemon has two suites (one main and one smaller), both with double beds, air conditioning/heating, bathroom, and two windows each. The flat faces south, and has sun all day. During the morning, the kitchen terrace, facing east, has sun and is ideal for breakfast. The living room is very cosy, air-conditioned/heated and sunny in the afternoon, as is the main terrace, which has an awning that can be closed or opened. There is a large outdoor table on this terrace, ideal for taking your main meals. There are also sun loungers with mattresses for those who wish to relax in the sun. Based on suggestions from guests, the flat was upgraded in 2023 (renovation of the master suite, safe deposit box free of charge, faster wifi, placing sockets in the bathrooms, increasing the power of the current so you can plug in many appliances at the same time, new carpet in the living room, new dishwasher, large flat screen TV with satellite channels, new coffee machine and large fridge with freezer).
