At 100 mt from the lake of the beautiful Salò, apartment in an ancient building.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you can admire the view of the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a bathroom.
Outside there is the common residential garden which leads to the private garage for 1 car. (2 flights of stairs-8 steps each). There is also paid public parking nearby.
The area is very quiet and located on a secondary road.
Small pets are allowed (dogs up to 10kg). The city center and the lakefront of Salò and all services can be reached by foot in just 2 minutes.
The car is not necessary to move around. Bus-stop from Brescia city is at 30 Mts The beach and center are at 100 Mts - Supermarket - bar - post office - bank - shop are at 30 mt Art and history enthusiasts can visit the new museum of Salò (500 mt only 5 minutes walk) called "MUSA", as well as stroll along the shopping streets and the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (2 km). The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking.
Furthermore, you can visit the historic center of Salò and its lakefront. You can also reach the picturesque villages of the lake with the pier (500 meters) or practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golf course just 10 km away, hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding centers . In the surroundings there are numerous natural parks and water parks for the entertainment of young people and adults.

Zentraler Standort; Promenadennah. Grundsätzlich ruhig.Der Schlafraum ist nicht nutzbar, da keine ausreichende Lüftungsmöglichkeit besteht (Fenster zum Lichtschacht ohne Luftaustausch). Parkbox und Zufahrten sind relativ eng, für Mittelklasse schnell problematisch.Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung im Portal kein Blick aus dem Fenster auf Berge.Als 2-Zimmer Apartment eher ungeeignet.

Die Lage war gut.
Die Schlafcouch war komplett versifft. Im Badezimmer ging das Deckenlicht nicht, wohl möglich damit man nicht sieht, dass der Klodeckel nicht fest ist, ebenso wie der Türgriff, dessen Henkel wir bei der ersten Benutzung in der Hand hielten. Auch die Amatur der Dusche kam einen wie ein Lottospiel ab...
